The Remnants collectively refer to the last humans who survived the events of the Devouring of Heaven, now residing as scattered colonies within The Grand Expanse.
Most Remnants reside in the city of Eidenfall, in the planet Amaran, governed by the tech-witch Madame Akyros Dorothea XIII.
