To the custodians of the Kassiopeia Secretary System / Falzchen Librarium Archive,
This correspondence serves as a formal notice regarding the unauthorized publication, duplication, or dissemination of the following material:
“New Edenfall / Remnants Citizen Record Entry containing accusatory references to Silenzia Wolfgarden & Associates”
It has come to the attention of the undersigned that said entry contains associative insinuations, implied criminal affiliations, and contextual linkages to illegal associations with the rogue Knight Wolfwood (WHICH ARE IN SE DEFAMATORY IN NATURE) which were not cleared for archival propagation.
While we acknowledge the systemic integrity of your archival network, continued display of this content constitutes published malicious LIBEL satisfying the requisites under Statute VI, Section 23(e) of the Revised Penal Code of Edenfall.
We hereby request:
- Immediate removal or suppression of the disputed entry;
- Dissolution of all derisive references involving the undersigned entity in said record;
- Confirmation of compliance within one (1) cycle of archival recalibration;
- Include a copy of the Eidenfall Regional Court 2A’s injunctive order (or incorporated by reference), and this Notice of Content Dispute.
We trust the Kasiopeia Secretary System will act in good faith and uphold the principles of adaptive archival ethics.
Failure to comply will result in further procedural entanglement across all affiliated memory strata.
